Throwing the rule book out, adidas have achieved their initiative of creating the worlds greatest running shoe in fit, feel and transition. Tested with the same equipment used at Boeing and NASA, adidas have agonised over every millimetre of the shoe. The Upper is constructed of a seamless, Primeknit mesh two piece in different densities transitioning from breathable stretch zones to tight, supportive weaves. Surrounded by a stabilising threes stripes saddle cage and unique heel counter (manufactured by the same company responsible for BMW badges) outlines the unique S cut heel that holds and hugs the foot. Meanwhile underneath these details lies the most responsive material since EVA, the largest BOOST sole on the market. With classic TORSION Midfoot flexibility and support applied, the outersole 'web' tread uniquely harnesses the responsive comfort qualities of the bevelled BOOST midsole. Dressed in military green, the Ultra Boost feels like nothing adidas have created before. Run better.
