Refund policy

What is your policy for online purchases?

  • All sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.
  • If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
  • Any item purchased in a sale, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit.
  • You have 14 days from the date your order was received to return the item back to us. You will be charged a returns fee based on your location, and providing your refund follows our refund policy, you will receive a full refund excluding the initial delivery fee.
  • Please remember that for each order, you are only able to create one label. In the instance an order arrives in multiple packages, we would advise that you wait for all of your items to arrive before making a return.
  • If an item is returned without the original zip tie and tag, we reserve the right to withhold a refund. This policy is in place to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this tagging policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest standards for our products.
  • Return fee is excluded from refund when customers return their items and will be deducted from their refund amount (this excludes: damaged item, incorrect item received, and item not as described, where they will get free label).

Samuel Bailey:

  • All returns must be submitted within 14 of dispatch of the order.
  • All return costs are covered by the customers.
  • All products returned must be:
    • Unworn
    • In original packaging
    • No perfume/deodrant smells
    • No make-up or tan marks

Padelism:

  • We offer a 28-day return policy.
  • If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return your item within 28 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition
    • With all tags still attached
    • In its original packaging

HYPHNT:

  • We accept returns on items received within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in a saleable, unused, unwashed condition with original tags & dustbag (where applicable) included to qualify for a return. The delivery date can be found on the shipping confirmation email that you will have received, please always check your junk folder if you cannot find this.
  • All returns must be sent via Royal Mail to PO BOX 3261, Romford , Essex , RM3 3FU.
  • In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product or refund & will cover all shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.

Legende Paris:

  • Items must be unworn and have all original labels attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only, and are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Reprimo:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Etiquette:

  • 14 days from point of purchase, items must be unworn and tagged.

MAGIRI:

  • In the event that you would like to return your item, we accept returns on all orders. We can issue a refund to the original payment method used, or we can offer a direct exchange for a product of the same value – both free of charge.
  • Returns must be created via our portal within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible. The customer then has a further 14 days to return the item(s) to ourselves.
  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags intact.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If an exchange is desired, we will send you a new tracking number and order number via email.

Helvetica Mountain Pioneers:

  • You can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you contact us if this is not possible, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns received after 14 days (without prior contact) are eligible for store credit so long as the items are in original packaging and condition upon inspection.

Cold Hours:

  • All Sales Final - We offer an exchange or store-credit only policy unless item is damaged upon delivery.
  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items. Returns will not be accepted after relevant returns period.
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, store-credit or an exchange will be processed.
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed

  • We want you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may simply return the product to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Kaizen Market:

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@kaizenmarket.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    How do I create a return?

    • You can create a return online by clicking here. Please also make a note of your order number, and your reason for returning and place it inside the outer protective box of your return.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
