All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Express-shipped products are shipped the next business day and typically delivered in 2-4 days. Most international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning taxes and duties are included at checkout for certain countries.

Returns

Items bought on sale or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and process your refund within 10 working days.
