Official Release Date for the Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 High

After months of speculation, sportswear giant Nike has finally confirmed an Official Release Date for the Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 High.

The Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 official release date is July 29, 2021, where it will be available through the SNKRS app and other limited raffles.

Rumours about this upcoming Travis Scott release have been circulating for some time, with sneakerheads eager to get their hands on pairs of the upcoming launch, there's also tipped to be a low-top iteration launching, but no news on that yet.

Adding another signature shoe to the collection, the design takes cues from two iconic collaborative Air Jordan 1 colourways – the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 High ‘Backwards Swoosh’, and the Fragment x Air Jordan 1 from 2014.

Most noticeably, the forthcoming Travis x Fragment AJ1 sees the colourway of the 2014 Fragment iteration inverted, as the entirety of the shoe is dressed in white tumbled leather. Royal blue accents decorate the toe box, heel overlays, and outsole, while Travis Scott and Nike have opted to retain the backwards Swoosh on the lateral sidewall in black.

Both Fragment and Travis Scott’s logos furnish the tongue, appearing on either side of the ‘Nike Air’ branded tab in matching Royal blue. Fragment detailing also appears on the off-white ‘aged’ midsole to round out the design – similar to the Travis Scott x AJ1 ‘Mocha’.
