Official Look at the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 in 'Baroque Brown' & 'Wheat'

The Nike Air Max 1 is looking set for a major comeback.

Hot off the back of the recent Patta x Nike Air Max 1 'Monarch' and 'Noise Aqua' releases, Nike's iconic 1984 model looks to be making a return to the fray – and the forthcoming collaboration with Houston rapper, Travis Scott, is all the help it needs.

Travis' ongoing partnership with the Swoosh retailer has garnered a huge cult following from sneakerheads around the world, with his most recent collaboration seeing him working with Nike and Fragment founder, Hiroshi Fujiwara, on the Fragment Design x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1.

The upcoming Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 will drop in two colourways – both dressed in tonal earth brown hues.

Light brown tones cover the 'Wheat' iteration, along with with a matching backwards Swoosh on the sidewall – Travis Scott's signature detail, and chequered straps across the forefoot, as well as the heel.

On the 'Baroque Brown' pair, 'Sail' mesh covers the upper, while dark brown nubuck dresses the toe box overlays. Tan overlays furnish the sidewall, and top of the forefoot, while red laces and a light brown backwards Swoosh round out the design.

The Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 'Wheat' and 'Baroque Brown' official release date is pegged for December 16.
