Fujiwara Hiroshi Confirms Fragment x Nike Dunk High 'Tokyo' Release

Fragment Designs founder, Fujiwara Hiroshi confirms another addition to the 'City Pack' collection, the Fragment x Nike Dunk High 'Tokyo'.

The 'City Pack' was first released in 2010, featuring three colourways that paid homage to their respective city's: London, Beijing, and New York, however, the new iteration builds on the initial pack, and includes a nod to the Tokyo-based streetwear brand.

Also referred to as the 'Midnight Navy' Nike Dunk High, the shoe shares some design cues with the Beijing model. 

Decorated in a two-tone colour palette, the Fragment x Nike Dunk High 'Tokyo' is furnished with black leather overlays on the upper, along with a navy leather base, black sidewall Swoosh, and white midsole underfoot, bearing Fragment Design detailing. Fragment's iconic lightning bolt motif is stamped into the lateral side of the heel to complete the look.

Fragment has so far enjoyed a stellar year, working alongside the likes of Travis Scott, Nike, and Sacai on the Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1, as well as the Sacai x Nike LDWaffle in 'Blackened Blue' and 'Light Smoke Grey'.

The Fragment x Nike Dunk High 'Tokyo' is set to release via Nike SNKRS Japan on September 4, however, we're still waiting for confirmation of an official global release date.
